Below you will find some easy-to-use  resources to help students use Stellic. While these resources are not required, they can help you navigate onboarding our first year students to this new tool. 

Introduction Email Template

This email template can be customized and sent to your new assigned advisees. The goal is to introduce you as their assigned advisor, Stellic as the tool you will be using to work together this semester, and some resources for students to use prior to their meeting with you. 

Awareness Poster

As a part of our campaign to introduce this new tool, you can place this poster in your office or work area as a quick reference guide.

Instructions for Syncing Outlook Calendar 

Faculty/Staff Users can connect their calendar to Stellic for the purpose of tracking appointments made within Stellic. Connecting your calendar to Stellic allows Stellic to track your availability of events already on your calendar to avoid conflicts with existing events, and also adds new appointments directly to your calendar. 

To connect your calendar, click on the "Connect Calendar" button at the top of the Appointments page in Stellic.
