How do I log in to Stellic?
Faculty and Staff must complete training before they can access Stellic. Once you have completed training, you can access Stellic on a desktop or mobile device using your NetBadge credentials. (NetBadge Support)
When do I start using Stellic?
All undergraduate students currently have access to Stellic (as of March 17, 2025). Accordingly, all SIS assigned advisors for undergraduate students should be using Stellic now.
Additional academic advisors within schools, Student Affairs and other central units can start using Stellic after completing training.
How do I learn about advising at my school?
The Stellic project team meets regularly with a working group from each school. You can email the project team at [email protected] to learn more, or contact one of the people listed below for your school. Note that decisions are still pending about graduate and professional school usage, and information will be forthcoming.

How can I receive Stellic Training?
To gain access to Stellic, all faculty and staff are required to complete training provided through Workday Learning. The specific training requirements vary based on the manner in which faculty and staff interact with and support students. Please refer to the options outlined below:

This comprehensive training program is designed for faculty and staff who support diverse student populations across the institution. The program offers an in-depth overview of the platform, complemented by a workshop that provides participants with practical experience in utilizing the platform's tools.
The training will encompass various aspects of course planning, including degree audits, exceptions, and the use of the planner. Participants will also delve into the advising tools, which include reports, notes, referrals, appointments, and messaging functionalities. Additionally, the program will cover student data protection protocols as mandated by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). |
Directors of Undergraduate or Graduate Programs, Program Coordinators, Registrars, Student Affairs Staff, and other faculty or staff who support broad groups of students, including those that complete exceptions.

Stellic for Faculty & Course Instructors

This program is tailored for faculty members with assigned advisees and course instructors who support students without providing direct advising. It offers an introductory overview of the course planning tools available within the platform, including degree audit and planner tools. Additionally, the program highlights the advising functionalities, such as note-taking, messaging, and appointment scheduling tools.

Undergraduate advisors can access training now. If you work with undergraduate students and have not received information on training please enroll in the relevant course using the link above.

Instructions for Syncing Outlook Calendar
Faculty/Staff Users can connect their Outlook calendar to Stellic so that appointments made within Stellic are added directly to your Outlook calendar. Connecting your calendar also allows Stellic to track your availabilityfor appointments while accounting for other events on your calendar.
To connect your calendar, click on the "Connect Calendar" button at the top of the Appointments page in Stellic.
